Kale superfood salad from safeway
This blog has been ignored, sorry!!!
Anyway. A few weeks ago I discovered this really yummy salad at Safeway.
It is called Kale Superfood Salad.
It is really good. I dunno if they have it everywhere but it is available at the one in Lakeport and probably the rest of northern Cali.

My dinner tonite
A cup of rice
Kale and Spinach salad mix
Sliced Fresh Strawberries
Cherubs tomatoes
2 eggs made in nonstick pan with cooking spray.
2 Strips of oscar meyer lunchmeat
No salad dressing tonite
It was pretty good.
